PSI, LLC to Supply 880-Space Garage for the City of Ft. Wayne, Indiana
Prestress Services Industries has been selected to supply an 880-car parking structure located at the Harrison Square minor league baseball development in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. This structure will encompass over 738 individual pieces of precast concrete and 220,000 square feet of parking deck. Erection of this project will begin April 15, 2008 and will be completed in July, a schedule of just over 3 months. This exciting project was awarded to Prestress Services Industries because of our proven track record of on-time delivery. The owner will realize the benefits of precast parking structures with their low and predictable maintenance, superior durability, and minimal site disruption during construction. By utilizing excess capacity at three of our plants, Prestress Services can allow for faster construction schedules than any other company in the region.
