PRESTRESS SERVICES CONTRACTS FOR 2,400 CAR PARKING STRUCTURE
CINCINNATI, OH
Prestress Services Industries has been selected to construct a 2,400 car parking structure located at Kenwood Towne Place in Cincinnati, Ohio. This structure, which is one of the largest of its type in the region, contains over 2,450 individual pieces of precast concrete, 640,000 square feet of parking area, and supports over 190,000 square feet of retail space. Erection of this project will begin during August 2007 and will be completed by December 2007 a schedule of just over 4 months. By utilizing excess capacity at three of our plants, Prestress Services can allow for faster construction schedules than any other company in the region.
